Taylor Robinson Music seeks private music instructors who share our philosophy of "Learn to Play From the Heart". The role involves on‑site piano lessons in students' homes, your own home, or a personal studio, as well as occasional webcam sessions. Instructors are expected to travel within the Horsham area and maintain reliable, punctual lessons.

The position is independent contractor based, with pay ranging from $20 to $30 per hour, adjusted for travel time, experience, education, and student retention. Instructors set their own schedules and curriculum, while the company handles advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver piano lessons to a diverse student base, primarily in-person.
• Schedule and manage lessons independently.
• Maintain clear communication with the company office for coordination.
• Implement safety protocols: mask usage, hand sanitization, and social distancing as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience or education in music (degree, enrollment in a music program, professional performing experience, or prior teaching).
• Comfortable teaching kids and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Organized, punctual, and communicative.
