Extra Duty Homebound Instructor

Job Title

Primary functions is providing Homebound Instruction for UDSD Students. Hours and locations vary and are to be determined.

• Reports directly to the building Principal
• Works cooperatively with other administrators, supervisors, staff, parents and students to perform job responsibilities as outlined

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid PA certification (certification area to be determined based on instructional needs)
• Proficiency in the use of technology for individual communication and research
• Possess effective interpersonal skills with the ability to interface diplomatically with professional contacts

• Ability to to talk and hear
• Have specific vision abilities, to include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus

• Sit and occasionally be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch

• Required to work under periods of stress due to the level of the position responsibility
