We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and mature Director who truly loves the "lightbulb moments" of early learning and thrives on cultivating a culture of educational excellence. As a dual NAEYC and NECPA accredited school, a Keystone STAR 4 facility, and a consistently high-performing school within the Goddard franchise, we set the benchmark for quality care. Key responsibilities include:
inspire & mentor, uphold accreditation standards, curriculum leadership, daily operations, regulatory compliance, build the "village", and community & enrollment.
Qualifications include: education in early childhood education, child development, education, or a closely related field, proven leadership experience, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized, adept at multitasking, strategic, solutions-oriented problem solver, and a genuine love for children and a fierce commitment to elevating educational standards.
