- Gather pricing and availability from vendors and subcontractors, compare bids when needed, and oversee subcontractor payment and billing activities.
- Coordinate device locations and installation details on site so panels and field devices are placed and installed to Johnson Controls standards.
- Lead loading, device verification, and commissioning to confirm system functionality, resolve issues, and complete accurate documentation.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical support to technicians, installers, designers, and subcontractors so delegated work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Report project status and forecasts consistently so management has clear visibility into revenue, costs, gross margin, and schedule performance.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage project documentation, financial details, and multiple work streams with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Seven or more years of field experience in the Fire/Security space.
- Experience supporting project billings, collections, forecasts, and gross margin management.
