Job Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will support prototype development and early‑stage production builds, with a strong focus on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting products on the shop floor. This role partners closely with design, production, quality, and suppliers to improve manufacturability, develop processes and tooling, resolve build issues, and create clear documentation to support efficient, high‑quality production.

Responsibilities- Support prototype development and early‑stage production builds.
- Focus on assembling, testing, and troubleshooting products on the shop floor.
- Collaborate with design, production, quality, and suppliers to improve manufacturability.
- Develop processes and tooling for efficient production.
- Resolve build issues and create clear documentation.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or other relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience developing and building complex mechanical or electromechanical products in a regulated industry such as medical device or aerospace.
- Experience designing and building assembly jigs, fixtures, and production tooling.
- Proficiency in Solid Works and/or AutoCAD for analyzing and developing models.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and waste reduction, specifically lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with technical documentation.
- Familiarity with jigs, fixture design, and tooling design.
Work on the shop floor in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Utilize advanced technologies such as Solid Works and AutoCAD for model development. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles.
Job Type & LocationPermanent position based out of Horsham, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90,000.00 – $/yr.
