Manufacturing Technician
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for building and integrating complex capital equipment, ensuring that systems meet stringent precision, quality, and reliability standards. The role involves executing detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on engineering drawings, as well as diagnosing and resolving integration, wiring, and fitment issues. Maintaining documentation and collaborating with engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams are also key aspects of this position.
Responsibilities- Build and integrate complex capital equipment.
- Ensure systems meet precision, quality, and reliability requirements.
- Execute detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on engineering drawings.
- Diagnose and resolve integration, wiring, and fitment issues.
- Maintain documentation accurately.
- Partner with engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in manufacturing and troubleshooting.
- Experience with CAD, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Mechanical and electrical system knowledge.
- 2-5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as electronics, aerospace, or medical devices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in engineering technology or a similar discipline.
The role offers openings on both the 1st Shift, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and the 2nd Shift, from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Horsham, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $72000.00/yr.
