Report Developer

Overview

We are seeking experienced Financial Report Designers to support a large, enterprise financial environment. This role is ideal for someone who lives in the accounting and finance domain, understands ERP financial data deeply, and can translate complex requirements into clear, accurate, and business-ready reports.

This is a financial reporting role — not a data engineering or data science position.

You’ll work directly with accounting and finance stakeholders, gathering detailed reporting requirements and designing high-quality financial reports using Power BI, backed by Oracle Financials and Snowflake.

Onsite presence (3–4 days/week) in Horsham, PA is required from day one — non-negotiable.

• Partner directly with accountants and finance leaders to gather reporting needs, data sources, and detailed requirements
• Design and build financial reports and dashboards including complex layouts, sub-totaling and aggregations, drill-downs and financial hierarchies
• Translate Oracle Financials (ERP) data into Power BI reporting solutions
• Work with data residing in Oracle Financials and Snowflake
• Ensure reports meet financial accuracy, auditability, and usability standards

• Strong accounting / finance domain expertise (this is not a generic BI role)

• Financial ERP experience — Oracle Financials specifically
• Hands-on experience building reports in Power BI
• Experience working with data from Oracle ERP and/or Snowflake
• Comfortable interfacing directly with finance and accounting teams
• Hybrid role based in Horsham, PA
