We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Controller to lead our accounting function and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting while improving processes and supporting strategic decision‑making.

• Own GAAP financial statements and reporting.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close process.
• Oversee accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll, revenue recognition).
• Manage audits and ensure compliance.
• Monthly bank reconciliations.
• Weekly cash balance report.
• Tie daily cash reports to SF.
• Reconcile petty cash.
• Lead and develop accounting team.
• Seamlessly integrate acquisition targets.
• Drive automation and ERP improvements.
• Support leadership with insights, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA preferred.
• 10–15 years’ experience; 5+ years as Controller.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and team leadership experience.

• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or regional firm).
• Experience in private equity‑backed or high‑growth environment.
• ERP implementation or optimization experience (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle).
• Industry experience aligned with life sciences, media, or B2B services preferred.
