We are thrilled to announce a high-impact opening for an FP&A Manager to join a dynamic, private equity-backed organization in the $200-400M revenue range. This is an amazing opportunity to serve as the "right hand" to the CFO, providing the critical financial analysis and hands‑on support needed to drive value in a fast-paced environment.

As the FP&A Manager, you will lead the financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis functions. You won't just be "crunching numbers"—you will be a strategic partner to executive leadership, operations, and our PE sponsors to enhance profitability and financial visibility.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and long‑range planning initiatives.
- Build and maintain sophisticated 3‑statement models ($P&L$, balance sheet, and cash flow).
- Deliver actionable insights regarding project margins, job costing, and overhead efficiency.
- Drive weekly and long‑term cash flow forecasting while partnering with operations to optimize billing and collections.
- PE & Executive Reporting:
Prepare high‑stakes board decks and investor reports, and support due diligence for potential integrations or synergies. - Build out robust FP&A processes and improve data integrity across ERP and job costing systems.
We are looking for a "roll-up-your-sleeves" professional with a hands‑on mindset. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise and the ability to influence senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
- Industry Expertise:
Highly Preferred experience in construction, engineering, field services, or other project‑based/contractor environments or manufacturing. - Prior experience in a Private Equity-backed or fast‑paced, leveraged company is a major plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA or CPA is a nice to have.
- Advanced Modeling:
Expert-level Excel skills and 3‑statement modeling proficiency.
