We are seeking a high-caliber financial professional to serve as the operational engine behind our sophisticated, multi-million-dollar asset-backed finance facilities. Sitting at the intersection of structured finance, transaction operations, and portfolio analytics, this role offers unparalleled exposure to complex deal execution and cross-functional strategy.

• Own the day-to-day execution and strategy for multiple elite asset-backed finance facilities and specialized SPVs.
• Engineer and execute high-stakes monthly and quarterly waterfall calculations, orchestrating debt draws, repayments, and strategic capital distributions.
• Ensure the flawless translation of facility activity into our financial records. You will own the specialized journal entries, monthly closes, and account reconciliations for these unique SPV entities.
• Review intricate legal documents to monitor debt covenants, borrowing base calculations, and performance triggers, ensuring flawless operational compliance.
• Shape high-level financial reporting for lenders, trustees, and executive stakeholders, while tackling cutting-edge technical accounting standards (such as ASC 810, 860, and 820).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors regarding facility accounting, providing rigorous documentation, walk-throughs, and schedules.
• Analyze real-time collateral performance, variance, and trend data against underwriting models to unlock strategic insights for Treasury, FP&A, and Risk teams.
• Partner with legal, deal, and actuarial teams to operationalize brand-new facility launches, refinancings, and acquisitions.

• BS in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of high-performance experience in structured finance, financial operations, Big Four / public accounting audit, or specialized financial services.
• Familiarity with asset-backed finance, private credit vehicles, securitizations, or complex debt arrangements - this can be taught as well
• Strong GAAP fundamentals (debits/credits, financial statement preparation) combined with an appetite for complex asset-backed accounting.
• Advanced Excel wizardry (large data sets, complex cash flow models) and comfort working with robust accounting ERP systems.
• A proactive, execution-oriented professional who can effortlessly translate legal prose into operational reality and communicate across elite cross-functional teams.
