As a Universal Banker at our Horsham Office, you will engage in a variety of daily tasks that support our commitment to outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with account inquiries, processing transactions, and providing financial product information tailored to their needs. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences by offering personalized solutions.

Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with extended hours on Friday until 6:00 PM, and Saturday shifts from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. With a focus on professionalism and teamwork, each day will present new challenges and opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in the banking sector.

To be successful as a Universal Banker at QNB Bank, several key skills and competencies are essential. You should possess creativity and energy in modeling Q2 Service and Sales programs, ensuring goals are achieved while meeting quality standards.
