• Build and develop relationships with individuals, families, business owners, and professionals.
• Meet with clients to understand their financial goals

• Provide guidance in areas such as financial protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, investments, and long-term financial strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Build and manage your own client base and financial services practice.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with experienced financial professionals and leadership.
• Maintain appropriate industry licensing and professional standards.

Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, investments, sales, business development, or relationship management is valuable but not required for every candidate.

Candidates who are not currently licensed will receive guidance and support throughout the licensing process.

Depending on the position and career path, required securities licensing may include the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66, along with applicable insurance licenses. Licensing requirements and timelines will be discussed during the recruiting process.
