We are searching for the best talent forDirector, Real World Value & Evidence (RWV&E), US Medical Affairs, Hematology, to be located in Horsham, PA.
PurposeThe Director, Real World Value & Evidence (RWV&E), US Medical Affairs, Hematology‑Oncology will be responsible for leading and implementing the economic modeling strategy, real‑world evidence generation strategy, market access & pathway scientific strategy, and dissemination plans for J&J’s Hematology portfolio.
You Will Be Responsible For- Ensure economic modeling, real world evidence and market access scientific support requirements are understood and built-in to the US business plans with value propositions that reflect the needs of payer stakeholders, population health decision makers, pathway decision makers and lead scientific strategic planning for RWV&E activities to enable access for the hematology portfolio.
- Hematology portfolio RWV&E activities this role is held accountable for include but are not limited to: development and governance of economic models across the hematology portfolio and ensuring consistency and methodological alignment across multiple assets. In close collaboration with RWV&E product leads, this role supports the generation of portfolio-level and asset-specific economic models to support payer, pathway and other population health decision makers access strategy.
- In addition, the role leads core RWV&E activities for the hematology portfolio including identifying and prioritizing key research and analytical questions, shaping evidence generation strategy, designing and overseeing studies, conducting market access analytics, managing publications, and developing compliant communication materials (e.g. Evidence & Access decks), and partnering with MSL/RWV&E FIELD to ensure effective and compliant communication.
- Ensures projects and economic models are aligned to the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP) and business needs and executed on time
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop economic models, prioritize and generate rigorous scientific data, and develop dissemination plans to support the therapeutic area's IEGP
- Ensures compliance with regulatory, legal and commercial regulations (for example Contract Pricing Committee, Copy Approval Committee) in conducting research and dissemination of scientific and economic modeling information
- Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and alliance partners on scientific strategies and economic modeling strategies to support market access for our products
- Directly initiate and manage economic models, research studies and other related projects
- Serve as subject matter, and functional area expert in responding to U.S-focused Value Assessments of our hematology products by external organizations
