Business Analyst; ERP​/MES

Our client is hiring a Business Analyst (ERP/MES) to play a critical role in optimizing how manufacturing systems support real-world operations. This is an onsite, hands-on role where your work directly impacts production efficiency, data accuracy, and decision-making across the plant.

• Act as the bridge between manufacturing teams and enterprise systems (ERP & MES)
• Analyze and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes, from production planning through execution
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional system solutions
• Support and enhance ERP and MES platforms, ensuring alignment with operational needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data flow, system integration, and reporting
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process and system improvements
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

• 5–7+ years of Business Analyst experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong functional expertise in ERP and MES systems
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications ERP (preferred); SAP or Dynamics 365 also acceptable
• Experience supporting or working closely with MES platforms
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, including Production planning, Shop floor control, Quality processes, Inventory management, Material traceability
• Strong business process analysis and documentation skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with Operations, IT, Engineering, and Quality teams
