Manager, Digital Value Chain

Role Summary

This hybrid Manager, Digital Value Chain role leads the evolution and integration of digital supply chain tools to enable data-driven portfolio and network decisions. Located in Titusville, NJ, with alternate hybrid locations considered. You will gather requirements, align stakeholders, and execute prioritized expansions to deliver impactful digital solutions across the value chain.

• Align with Business Goals and Scaling Strategy:
  Work closely with the Business Product Owner (BPO) and other stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, ensuring the solution aligns with scaling objectives and expansion for the use cases supporting key business processes.
• Gather and Prioritize Enhancement Opportunities:
  Collect feedback from users, stakeholders, and analytics to identify areas for improvement or new features that support scaling while maintaining user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Development Teams:
  Work closely with Scrum Master/PM, Business Analysts, developers (Front-end and Back-end Data Engineers), UX/UI designers during iterations; clarify requirements and answer questions during sprints.
• Ensure DST Business Continuity:
  Engage with stakeholders to get data and requirements for scenario runs and refresh/develop scenarios in DST as needed.
• Create and Manage the Product Backlog:
  Maintain a well-organized backlog of user stories, features, and fixes; ensure that the backlog is transparent and accessible to the team.

  Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience

  Demonstrated experience in Supply Chain Planning and/or Digital Transformation projects within a global environment

  Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain design including flow and key design parameters

  Proven experience in project management

  Strong communication and effective stakeholder management skills
• Preferred:
  Experience with data engineering (e.g., Azure, Databricks, etc.), coding (e.g., Python), digital product development, and/or GenAI knowledge
• Preferred:
  Familiarity with supply chain simulation/optimization, supply chain planning tools, and/or modeling tools (e.g., Coupa, Lyric, Advanced MS Excel, Blue Yonder, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, OMP, SAP, or Anaplan)
• Preferred:
  Knowledge of industry standards such as APICS or equivalent
• Preferred:
  Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or related industry experience

• Minimum of a Bachelor's/University or equivalent degree is required; a focused degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Data Science, or related field and/or Master’s or MBA degree preferred

• English proficiency (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
• Up to 15% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs
• Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week
