Senior PM

Kforce's client in Horsham, PA is seeking a Senior PM.

Responsibilities:

* Independently drive complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution

* Lead ambiguous initiatives by creating structure, clarity, and actionable plans

* Establish program milestones, timelines, and success metrics without heavy guidance

* Facilitate discussions to drive clear decisions, alignment, and accountability across stakeholders

* Translate high-level strategy into executable work streams and deliverables

* Proactively identify risks, tradeoffs, and dependencies; provide recommendations to leadership

* Own program progress, ensuring forward momentum across multiple teams and priorities

* Influence cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes beyond basic coordination and reporting

* Communicate program status, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders and executives

* Operate effectively in high-visibility environments with competing priorities

* Build alignment across business, product, and technical teams to achieve shared outcomes

* Drive accountability and ensure teams follow through on commitments and deliverables
* Experience in program/project management in enterprise environments

* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives independently

* Experience operating in ambiguity and creating structure

* Strong decision-making, alignment, and delivery focus

* Excellent stakeholder management, including executive engagement

* Ability to translate complexity into clear plans and recommendations
