Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Coupa Business Analyst & System Administrator to own and optimize the Coupa Spend Management platform across Procurement, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. This role will lead system administration, configuration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across Coupa P2P, SIM, Services Procurement, CLM, and Sourcing modules while ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion ERP.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, configure, and enhance Coupa modules including P2P, SIM, CLM, Services Procurement, and Sourcing.
- Manage user access, workflows, catalogs, approvals, and system governance.
- Support integrations between Coupa and Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Lead system upgrades, testing, issue resolution, and release management.
