Role
Associate Director, Transcend R&D BPO Logistics & Global Trade, overseeing end-to-end logistics and global trade processes within R&D operations.
Responsibilities- define, govern, and evolve future-state process roadmaps;
- translate R&D strategies into capability plans;
- lead cross-functional alignment on logistics and trade efficiencies;
- drive standardization, continuous improvement, and compliance;
- partner with global sites and functions to optimize supply chain performance.
- Master’s degree;
- 8+ years in logistics or global trade within complex global environments;
- proven experience in process ownership, transformation leadership, and stakeholder influence;
- strong strategic thinking, communication, and change management skills.
- experience with SAP S/4
HANA transformations, global template deployment, and regulated environments.
- global logistics, supply chain transformation, ERP systems, regulated compliance, cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
multiple US locations, with up to 15% international travel.
