Safety Manager – Mission Critical Project (Philadelphia/Horsham, PA)

Seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support a high‑visibility, mission‑critical project in the Philadelphia/Horsham area
. Ideal for candidates already local or willing to travel and be on‑site consistently.

• Lead safety activities and support an on‑site safety team
• Conduct audits/inspections and drive corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, DOT, and company standards
• Deliver safety reports and briefings to project leadership
• Implement and enforce company safety programs across field teams and subcontractors
• Oversee incident investigations and continuous improvement efforts
• Coach and develop direct reports; assist with hiring for safety roles

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, Environmental Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years of safety experience, including leadership
• OSHA 10/30/40 preferred; OSHA 500, CHST, or ASP a plus
• CPR/First Aid preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management systems
