NA & GCSO Performance Center Senior Manager overseeing monitoring activities within Johnson & Johnson's Compliance function in North America.

Primary objective s include managing risk-based monitoring reviews, identifying compliance gaps, trend analysis, and executing regional compliance training programs.

Responsibilities encompass leading daily monitoring operations, ensuring adherence to risk frameworks, managing workflow, validating findings, and reporting to leadership. The role also involves developing monitoring methodologies, maintaining documentation, and coaching the monitoring team. Additionally, it includes delivering compliance training, tracking effectiveness, and fostering a culture of ethics and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or related field; 4–7 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or monitoring with strong data analysis skills; experience guiding teams or subject-matter expertise.

Preferred skills include audit and compliance management, controls, legal/regulatory knowledge, and healthcare industry familiarity.
