Mix paint and maintain spray equipment, with each team member alternating weekly responsibilities;
Prepare and spray paint small parts, mix paint, and maintain spray equipment while working with acrylic panels;
Engage in silk-screening, stencil air brushing, and apply clear finish coats, maintaining spray equipment;
Spray paint small to medium-sized panels, mix paint, maintain spray equipment, and mask finishes as required while working with metal panels
