Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for building and integrating complex capital equipment, ensuring systems adhere to strict precision, quality, and reliability standards. This role involves executing detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on engineering drawings, diagnosing and resolving integration, wiring, and fitment issues, and maintaining documentation. The technician will work closely with engineering teams to drive continuous product and process improvement, while partnering with quality and other cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities- Build and integrate complex capital equipment.
- Ensure systems meet precision, quality, and reliability standards.
- Execute detailed mechanical, electrical, and fluid system installations based on engineering drawings.
- Diagnose and resolve integration, wiring, and fitment issues.
- Work closely with engineering teams for continuous product and process improvement.
- Maintain documentation and collaborate with quality and other cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in manufacturing and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD and engineering schematics.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- 2-5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment such as semiconductor, aerospace, or medical devices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering.
- Experience with Solidworks and CAD.
- Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems.
This position offers opportunities on two shifts: 1st Shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and 2nd Shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. The work environment is structured to support high precision and quality in manufacturing processes.
Job Type & LocationPermanent position based in Horsham, PA.
Pay And BenefitsPay range: $42,000.00 – $72,000.00/yr.
