** What's a typical day as Senior Material Handler? You'll be:*
* -    Executing and verifying daily SAP transactions for all material movements, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance.

-    Picking, staging, and shipping material for production, service, and global customer deliveries with zero shipping defects.

-    Receiving inbound vendor materials, returns, and special components, managing discrepancy resolution promptly.

-    Ensuring priority parts and kits move efficiently to prevent build delays.

-    Maintaining warehouse readiness through 5S practices and clean, organized storage environments.

-    Operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and performing light sub-assembly as needed.

-    Assisting with cycle counts and inventory audits, identifying, and correcting root causes of inventory accuracy issues.

-    Serving as a resource and trainer for less experienced handlers during complex staging or priority rush orders.

-    Supporting safe transportation and compliance for domestic and international shipments.

-    Flexing to other operational roles as business needs require.

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* -    Have a High School Diploma (required); technical or logistics coursework preferred.

-    Bring a minimum of 4 years of related experience in inventory control, warehouse, or material handling roles.

-    Possess familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems (strongly preferred).

-    Are skilled at interpreting pick lists, BOMs, and documentation associated with custom high-value equipment.

-    Demonstrate an independent, detail-oriented approach to processing transactions and resolving discrepancies.

-    Are competent in safe forklift and material handling practices; certifications are a plus.

-    Exhibit strong organizational habits to meet demanding timelines across multiple production and shipping schedules.

-    Can stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs.; willingness to work overtime as needed.
