Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Psoriatic Disease (PsD Pipeline)

We are searching for the best talent for a Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Psoriatic Disease to be located in Horsham, PA.
Responsibilities- Lead commercial strategy and execution for Psoriatic assets early in development.
- Act as the commercial representative on multiple compound development teams (CDT).
- Lead a cross‑functional team through early phases of the Marketing Excellence framework.
- Partner with R&D and regional teams on multiple label‑working groups (LWG).
- Collaborate with Global Commercial Insights (GCI) to uncover actionable customer insights that shape commercial strategies and execution.
- Coordinate with regional partners to develop and commercialize strategies, tactics and messaging.
- Lead competitor evaluation and threat mitigation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to ensure a high‑impact scientific narrative, robust publication plans, and enduring/differentiating data generation.
- Liaise with Market Access in development of value propositions to support and bolster reimbursement and approvals globally.
- Collaborate with key cross‑functional partners (Analytics, Finance, Competitive Intelligence, etc.) to develop differentiating value propositions and commercial valuation models.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
- Postgraduate qualification, PhD, MBA, or other graduate degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated in‑line marketing, marketing insights, consulting, or sales management/training experience executing marketing strategy.
- Experience in managing multiple demands and priorities, leading teams, and driving decision making.
- Strong understanding of clinical data and ability to interact with R&D colleagues on scientific issues.
- Strong executive, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated presentation ability.
- Immunology experience preferred.
- Senior brand responsibility, product launch experience, working with global teams, and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical development preferred.
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.
