Job OverviewBAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to provide palliative care to clients throughout Montgomery County, PA. The role is full‑time, primarily daytime shifts, and offers flexibility and work/life balance.
Responsibilities- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medication, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures, and provide comfort care.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Execute and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Occasional on‑call after‑hours and/or weekend support.
- Active and current registration as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of New Jersey.
- One year of hospice experience strongly preferred; prior home‑health care experience welcomed but not required.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
- Calm, reassuring presence; active listening, excellent assessment, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
- Sign‑on bonus of $5,000.
