ALIGN PRECISION is growing in Horsham, Pennsylvania, and we’re looking for a Quality Technician II to join our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
As a Quality Technician II, you will play an important role in ensuring that the precision components we manufacture consistently meet customer requirements, engineering specifications, and industry standards. You’ll work closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams, providing accurate inspection results and helping identify opportunities to improve processes and product quality.

The Quality Technician II is responsible for performing inspections and providing accurate, timely feedback to internal customers. This position supports process control and product conformity by executing inspection requirements, identifying non-conformances, maintaining accurate quality records, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of inspection equipment and technologies while developing your knowledge of precision manufacturing and quality systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Inspect precision-manufactured components to ensure conformity with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and applicable industry standards.
- Perform dimensional, visual, workmanship, material handling, and paint/coating inspections as required.
- Verify products are free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and meet established cleanliness and workmanship requirements.
- Utilize a variety of precision measurement and inspection equipment, which may include:
- Manual measuring instruments
- CMMs
- Visual measuring systems
- Mylar inspection tools
- Other specialized inspection equipment
- Perform inspections in accordance with established sampling plans and inspection procedures .
- Identify, document, and communicate non-conforming conditions clearly and accurately.
- Prepare, maintain, and update company and customer inspection records.
- Review inspection documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Communicate inspection results and quality concerns effectively with manufacturing, engineering, and other internal teams.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to support process control and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives .
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection and work area.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 1–2 years of relevant quality, inspection, or manufacturing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus advanced technical training preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to interpret and follow customer specifications, drawings, inspection requirements, and procedures.
- Working knowledge of precision measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately enter and maintain inspection data.
