Sales Associate/Assistant, Inside Sales, Retail Sales, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
- Train and work in the warehouse, pipe yard, and at the sales counter.
- 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience (preferred).
- Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work.
- Ability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative duties as needed.
- Strong sales skills, including upselling.
- Project management abilities to support sales initiatives, coordinate timelines and ensure follow‑up with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality; able to build relationships.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

PayRange: $20.57 - $32.91 (Monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles). This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
