Overview
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting a Product Manager, Professional Promotion Marketing, ERLEADA/Prostate located in Horsham, PA. The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute professional marketing strategies for ERLEADA, developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and resources for oncology field teams and non-personal promotion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight process and launch with field teams.
- Help lead content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
- Align and engage with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials and gather useful insights.
- Partner with Sales Learning and Development to ensure specialists are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
- Work with print production and sample agencies to ensure resources to support field selling efforts and new patient starts.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program.
- Experience with project management.
- Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
- Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.
- Experience in field sales.
- Experience with product launch.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time.
