District Manager, Neuroscience Southwest Territory

Role

District Manager, Neuroscience leading sales teams in the Southwest Territory (Tucson, Albuquerque, El Paso) within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives:
Drive high-impact customer interactions to achieve sales targets, develop team capabilities, and promote ethical, compliant practices.

• Develop and execute district strategies aligned with business goals
• Supervise and coach Sales Specialists
• Manage performance and staffing
• Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical and Marketing
• Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance and leverage AI-enabled tools for planning and insights

• Bachelor's degree required
• MS/MBA/PhD preferred
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or cross-functional roles
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel up to 50%

• Experience in neuroscience, large account management, reimbursement, and team management
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, and building team AI literacy

• Focus on neuroscience disorders such as multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other neuropsychiatric conditions
• Involves developing strategies in a competitive market
• Requires leadership in a regulated, compliance-driven environment

• Field-based with regional travel
