The Group Product Director, Gastroenterology, will join and lead a highly capable marketing team composed of dedicated and passionate individuals. This position will be responsible for leading a team accountable for the Professional marketing efforts for Gastroenterology. This role will act as a leader in the Immunology marketing team and will report directly to the Director of Marketing. The individual in this position will have responsibility for shaping the HCP Marketing strategy, Professional Promotion and Medical Education.

The Group Product Director must develop, retain, and motivate direct reports. Responsible for the development of all employees within team by supporting the development of Human Resources Planning (HRP) programs including management development and training to meet current and future business needs. This person will be accountable for meeting key strategic imperatives of the brand and contributing to revenue performance in the U.S. to meet and exceed share goals.
