Field Technician - Eurofins Environment Testing – Horsham, PA

Full-time position. Hourly compensation between USD 19 and USD 20. Schedule Monday‑Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with overtime as required.

Working location:
Horsham, PA. The role requires driving a company vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license.

• Collect field samples from assigned clients within the responsible area.
• Plan and complete daily routes according to priorities; notify supervisor of any changes.
• Prepare and deliver sample containers and materials to clients.
• Transport, set up, utilize, troubleshoot, and break down sample collection/monitoring equipment.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding sample collection timelines and access requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisor and laboratory, sending timely updates on schedules and samples.
• Perform on-site testing as needed, record all data, and submit required documentation.
• Transport field samples back to the laboratory, maintaining accurate custody documentation.
• Drive safely and observe all traffic laws; maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and avoid confined spaces without approval.
• Complete and maintain field sampling records, logbooks, and other documentation honestly and fully.
• Work assigned shift hours; provide flexibility for overtime, weekends, or holidays as requested.

• 2-4 years of experience in environmental or monitoring well sampling (preferred; training provided).
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in environmental sciences, biology, chemistry, or earth sciences is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on foot for extended periods.
• Proficiency navigating with GPS, roadmaps, and written directions.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills; experience with laboratory information management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer‑service oriented.
• Time‑management ability; adaptability to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team with limited supervision.
• Detail‑oriented; capable of learning new techniques and following SOPs.
• Experience with field equipment such as well pumps, auto samplers, and tablets/software.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
