Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm, and fire alarm systems at customer sites.;
Follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures and refer to manuals to repair equipment.;
Read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and manuals to interpret systems and programs.;
Exhibit effective customer service and upsell opportunities; provide quotes.;
Available for on-call emergency service.
