Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems and other building system products at customer sites;
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics, and operation/product manuals;
Provide customer service and communicate with staff and customers to ensure satisfaction;
Complete service acknowledgements and obtain customer signatures;
Provide on-call emergency service and upsell opportunities; provide quotes to support recommendations
