Universal Health Services - - Responsibilities:
Perform carpentry tasks including drywall, framing, door fitting and Repair door locks, sanding, painting, replacing molding and cove base;
Repair electrical wiring and plumbing; general building maintenance;
Maintain HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, generator checks, and pump checks;
Shovel snow and spread salt in winter to prevent ice buildup;
Be on-call as required and able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
