Position Overview:

Turn 14 Distribution is looking for a motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Hatfield team! In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly by assisting with picking, packing, stocking, shipping, receiving, inventory management, and cycle counting of our automotive and powersports products.

Responsibilities:

Unload incoming shipments
Verify accuracy of part numbers and shipping documentation
Enter shipment and inventory data into our ERP system
Sort shipments and deliver products to assigned locations
Pick, sort, and pack automotive and powersports parts
Prepare shipping labels through UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, and DHL
Load trailers using pallet jacks and/or cherry pickers
Perform inventory cycle counts
Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
Meet daily productivity goals for assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience preferred
Understanding of warehouse processes including picking, put-away, cycle counting, packing, shipping, and receiving
Ability to recognize and verify shipping labels for outbound trailers
Experience operating warehouse equipment such as order pickers or forklifts preferred
Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain safety standards and follow established procedures
Ability to demonstrate and support Turn 14 Distribution's core values

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
Ability to safely lift and move products as required
Ability to operate warehouse equipment and work in a warehouse environment
