Branch Head

D is as below:
1. To spearhead CS, operations and sales.
2. Oversee the team
keeping them motivated and engaged in their work for them to achieve their KPIs .
3. Keeping track of their everyday activity .
4. To get engaged wherever necessary to resolve escalations.
5. Maintaining good rapport with the branch clients, carriers, CHAs
6. To follow up and liaison with head office to comply with statutory requirements
7. To keep track of the no of files handled per month
8. To ensure that the team is turning over all the required documents and shipment details to the head office team for prompt monthly job closures
9. To already possess a client base and lead base to be able to convert and onboard as new clients to the branch upon joining, increasing branch client base margin and revenue.
10. To be able to conduct reviews with the clients.
11. To coordinate with the fellow other branch heads to generate more revenue for the Bangalore branch.
12. To be able to meet clients on sales calls on everyday basis.
13. To be able to address and handle attrition and new recruitment requirements liaisoning with the head office
14. To be able to closely liaise with the directors located at Chennai for the well-being and growth of the Bangalore branch.
The candidate should be Bangalore based. Should have 10+ years of experience in leadership and managerial profiles.
Should possess the industry know hows and the job knowledge on all the 4 products,namely air imports, sea imports, air export and sea exports.
Should be a team player and an able team leader.
Should be able to join at the earliest. Should have good communication skills. Being multi lingual will be an advantage to consider
