Key Responsibilities:

As an FTM Professional, you'll be crucial in maintaining our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance, and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and steam distribution equipment and systems.
Operating a variety of equipment as needed to perform work safely and efficiently.
Installing, maintaining, and repairing computerized electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC control systems.
Operating various measuring and testing instruments to diagnose issues and ensure optimal performance.

Requisition ing materials from the stockroom and diligently controlling the storage of materials.
Maintaining electronic/pneumatic testing equipment.
Calling and working with vendors to arrange service for warranted parts, selecting appropriate replacement parts, and troubleshooting complex problems.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, piping, and wiring diagrams accurately.
Performing specialized tasks such as brazing, soldering, pipe fitting, and welding.
Maintaining the underground steam distribution system through repair and/or replacement of parts.
Estimating the time and materials required for work orders.
Performing preventive maintenance on related equipment as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
Maintaining your work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, following all prescribed regulations.
Attending all scheduled staff training and safety meetings to stay updated and ensure compliance.
Key

An ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in a relevant trade.
