Bell & Associates has been retained to find a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist for our manufacturing client in Hot Springs.
Responsibilities:- Accurately document all daily income, expenses, and financial activities in Quick Books.
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Manage daily Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Assist Accountant with month end close and produce reporting for management review.
- Payroll Processing weekly, including tax with holdings, deposits, and benefits administration.
- Sales tax calculations and reporting on timely basis. Prepare year end information for CPA.
5 years of proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
Software:Strong experience in Quick Books and Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Education:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar role.
