Provide administrative support to hospital administration, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning;
Manage preparations for senior management and department director meetings, and record minutes;
Plan and complete special projects and assignments for the CFO and COO, organize board and leadership events;
Prepare Administrative Call Schedule; complete applications for Hospital License, AHA annual survey, credentialing and related documentation;
Answer and screen calls for the CEO/CNO/COO/CFO and manage executive mail and calendars
