Role DescriptionThe Scheduling Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at HOT SPRINGS PEDIATRIC CLINIC PA in Hot Springs, AR. This position is responsible for managing patient appointment schedules, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling visits in an accurate and timely manner. Daily tasks include answering and directing phone calls, confirming appointments, updating patient information, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
The Scheduling Coordinator also assists with front desk administrative duties, such as verifying basic information, handling appointment-related inquiries, and providing clear, courteous communication to patients and families.
