• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day relationship manager and main point of contact between the assigned major, high‑revenue client and internal departments.
• Manage one or more client accounts with several million dollars in annual revenue by mastering the client’s business processes and organization to provide excellent service.
• Own the issue resolution process by independently investigating, escalating, addressing, and resolving client complaints, concerns, and workflow issues.
• Work closely with the client and internal Sales, Creative, IT, and Operations departments to establish clear, concise project specifications and production requirements.
• Evaluate and determine when committing to expedited, un‑billed shipping methods or print production overtime is necessary to meet client‑dictated timing and delivery requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar field, combined with at least 3 to 5 years of related business experience or training in client service.
• Must possess the ability to be diplomatic with challenging clients, showing excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills to effectively present information to groups and management.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, participative, and team‑oriented environment, managing projects independently from inception through final delivery in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering successfully against deadlines with a keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of deliverables.
• Skilled in effectively utilizing a variety of software programs including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, ERP, and retail or client‑specific proprietary systems.
