Position Summary...What you'll do...

We’relooking for a highly organized, proactive administrative professional to support leadership in the Walmart Connect space and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role,you’ll coordinate travel, manage complex calendars, create clear communications, and support reporting and financial administration—while serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners.

• Manage leadership calendars and meetings by scheduling across teams, anticipating prep time, reserving rooms, and prioritizing requests to ensure the right stakeholders are included.
• Secure domestic and international travel needs, plan and coordinate large-scale meetings for division ensuring technology andlogisticsare covered.
• Draft and manage communications by preparing emails and updates on behalf of leaders, following up on requests, and triaging incoming messages to drivetimelyresolution.
• Support reporting and financial processes by collecting and compiling data,maintaining reports/templates, processinginvoicesand expense reports, and protecting confidential information.
• Serve as a key support partner to leadership by filtering requests, resolving issues, coordinating across stakeholders, and mentoring or partnering with other assistants as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and compliance by applying best practices, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and modeling company values and ethical standards.

• Leaders are prepared, priorities are clear, and schedules are optimized—even as priorities shift quickly.
• Meetings,and travel run smoothly with minimal escalation.
• Communications are polished,timely, and aligned to business needs.
• Reporting and financial administration are accurate, organized, and handled with confidentiality.
• Acting as a source oflocalknowledgeandsupportleadership and associatesastheyvisit the areaforcriticalmeetings.
