The Tepa Companies are seeking a Laborer to perform tasks involving physical labor at building, highway, heavy construction, excavation, and demolition project sites. The Laborer may operate a variety of equipment and instruments.
Location is onsite at our project site in Hot Springs, AR; pay is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour plus per diem for travelers 95+ miles from the job site. The role requires safety awareness and the ability to work overtime as needed.
