The Tepa Companies are seeking a Laborer to perform physical labor at building, highway, heavy construction, excavation, and demolition project sites. This onsite role requires working at our Hot Springs, AR project site and may involve operating hand and power tools, loading materials, and following strict safety procedures.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of general construction experience, OSHA 10 is a plus, and must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
