Cranford Construction Company is hiring for an outdoor asphalt crew role in Hot Springs, AR. You will shovel asphalt as part of an asphalt paving or milling crew and may operate a variety of hand tools and equipment. Expect long days and high heat in summer.
The position is physically demanding, requires willingness to work 12-hour shifts including some nights and weekends, and entails walking, standing, and lifting heavy items. Transportation to Central Arkansas job sites is required.
