Arkansas, United States (On-site)
We’re looking for a Traveling Construction Superintendent to lead commercial retail projects throughout Texas, Arkansas, and the Southwest. You’ll take ownership of gas station builds and retail renovations while working with a growing commercial construction team.
What You’ll Own- Run retail projects from kickoff through closeout
- Lead subcontractors, schedules, safety, and daily field operations
- Maintain project quality and keep schedules moving
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, and trade partners
- 3+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
- Retail, gas station, convenience store, or similar commercial projects preferred
- Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Texas, Arkansas & the Southwest
- Solid pay plus travel perks
- Paid travel home every 2 weeks
