Arc Best is seeking a Student Worker, Customer Support - 3PL to assist with day-to-day support for third-party logistics customers. You will gather information, update systems, organize records, and provide follow-up as directed.
This role requires currently pursuing a college degree, no prior experience needed, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will support internal teams, follow procedures, and help with customer communications during 7:00am–7:00pm shifts.
