Windows USA seeks a Weekend Install Specialist owning the customer experience from crew arrival to job close. Not a desk job - you'll actively manage installs in real time, talk to customers all day, solve field problems before they become complaints, and turn homeowners into referrals.

• Ensure installers are punctual and prepared for their tasks.
• Make pre-arrival calls to customers to set expectations and ensure readiness.
• Monitor installation jobs closely and address any issues promptly.
• Confirm 100% completion of jobs, ensuring cleanliness, payment, and signed documentation.
• Follow up with customers for satisfaction and potential referrals.
• Log all activities and interactions in Salesforce on the same day.
• Provide a comprehensive end-of-day summary to ensure smooth handoff and continuity.

High school diploma or GED required.

• 2+ years in customer service, field coordination, or service delivery.
• Strong verbal communication skills for handling dozens of daily calls.
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Availability to work Friday through Monday.

• Background in home improvement or construction.
• Experience in dispatching.
• Familiarity with Five9 or other call platforms.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone all day.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems proactively.
• Calm, organized, and reliable under pressure.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to customer experience.
• Detail-oriented with daily Salesforce documentation.

• Natural communicator who makes people feel heard.
• Ability to spot problems early and fix them proactively.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability under pressure.
• Personal investment in ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Detail-oriented in Salesforce daily documentation.
