Job Description

The Office of Student Life is seeking (4) Institutional Work Study students at 10 hours each each per week for the Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 terms.

Duties include:

• Assist full-time staff with scheduling events, tournaments, and programs
• Ensure that student-athletes and staff behavior, as well as, program reputation are in alignment with the institution’s values and mission
• Submit IT work order tickets for technical issues with the equipment
• Monitor and provide general cleaning of the Vanguard Esports Lounge
• Promote Esports and the Gaming Club at tabling and recruitment events

Required Qualifications

Novice or intermediate proficiency in gaming technology. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Evening and weekend work as required.
