Lead planning and oversight of mining operations. Ensure safe, efficient extraction aligned with design and regulatory standards.### Responsibilities
* Planning, coordination and control of mining operations at the site.
* Ensuring that mining operations comply with design requirements and regulatory standards.
* Conducting an analysis of rock massifs and assessing the conditions for safe development of the deposit.
* Participation in the development and implementation of new methods and technologies of mining operations.
* Interacting with geologists, technologists and other specialists to improve production efficiency.
* Monitoring the condition of equipment and ensuring its safe operation.
* Maintaining technical documentation and preparing reports on completed work.
* Ensuring compliance with safety, health and environmental standards on site.### Requirements
* Higher education in mining.
* At least 6 years of experience in the mining industry.
* Knowledge of open pit and/or underground mining methods.
* Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
* Experience with modern mining equipment and planning and design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Surpac, Micromine).
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
* Knowledge of Turkish or English will be an advantage.
